In this part of the year, the sea is much warmer, and the sun is almost always assured. Instead, if you are going to visit cities like Shkodër or Tirana, then you should opt for the period of May, June or September, because otherwise of the pure summer periods you run the risk of encountering too hot days that could be annoying for those who want to take long walks.

In October, however, it is not advisable to undertake this type of visit because the temperatures, although pleasant, can be interrupted by long days of rain, especially in the second decade of the month. Those who instead want to go to the sea for a vacation in September will certainly find warmer waters but, in fact, could still meet a small drop in temperatures.

To leave to Albania’s discovery in the summer period, it will be necessary to equip oneself with very light clothes, but always keep in suitcase also a sweater or a sweatshirt that can be used in the evening or for who wants to make an excursion in the mountains.
