However, the Apulian’s undisputed protagonists, with restaurants and delicatessens, present on the territory for years. In fact, they were the first pioneers who believed in Albania and particularly in Tirana, to develop new business.

Tuscany in Tirana, a restaurant so typical of the homonymous region, that when you enter you forget you are in Tirana. It is also found in Blloku and each dish tastes of tradition, countryside, and authenticity. Very well-finished menu as well as the choice of wines and beers. Ribollita, cold cuts and cheeses, grilled meat, and homemade desserts are my best choices.
InPuglia
InPuglia, located in Blloku, is a welcoming and warm place born from the desire of Francesco, from Puglia d.o.c., to combine, through the rich flavors of traditional Apulian cuisine, two very similar lands divided by a few kilometers of shared sea. Here I usually order paccheri with monkfish, filleted raw sea bream, and the typical sporcamuss dessert.

We move to Komuna Parisit, a neighborhood adjacent to Blloku, to reach this place where Tirana has created a trend: fresh pasta. In fact, fresh pasta is the restaurant’s spearhead, a real passion, and the desserts of an extraordinary delicacy. We never say no to chocolate mousse and nougat semifreddo!
Pizzeria Napoletana
Slightly away from the center, on Rruga Kavaje, in this young and informal place, we think I ate the best pasta dish we have ever tasted: paccheri tomato, basil, and burrata. We haven’t had the chance to try the pizza yet, but from the look of it, I think it is excellent!
Pizzarte
On the subject of pizza and informal places, this small pizzeria is located in the center, a few hundred meters from Skanderbeg Square and is ideal for those who love pizza with a soft and crunchy dough leavened to the right point.
